		Driftwood Cove Interior This beautiful lakefront home accomodates 10-12 people. On the main level of the house 2 story walls of glass in the family room afford you a panoramic mountain and lake view. Pine cathedral ceilings and stone fireplace add to that mountain home feel. There are oak floors throughout the main living area and the house is equipped with satellite TV, DVD, games and videos for your enjoyment. The dining room has a large table with chairs and a bench. The kitchen is fully equipped with all upgraded appliances and stone tile throughout. A bar top separates the kitchen and dining room and allows for two bar stools to provide additional seating. There are two bedrooms on the main level. One bedroom has a queen size bed with a private bath. The second bedroom faces the lake and also has a queen size bed. The second bath is adjacent to this bedroom in the hall. The second floor has an open loft with a queen size futon. There are also two bedrooms upstairs located on either side of the loft. One has 4 twin beds the other has 2 twin beds (which can be pushed together to make a king size bed). There is also another full bath. Challenge your friends to a game of ping pong in the spacious rec room located in the basement. There is an additional full bath in the basement that makes for easy clean-up when coming in from the lake. The laundry room is also located in the basement and is equipped with a washer and dryer. 		Driftwood Cove Exterior This lakefront home has breathtaking mountain and lake views from the upper and lower decks. Double french doors lead out to the screened-in porch and outdoor deck area. Relax in the rocker and enjoy the peacefulness of the mountains. There is plenty of patio furniture for relaxing and dining and an outdoor charcoal BBQ is provided. Outdoor stairs allow easy access to our private lakefront dock for boating and lots of family fun. There are about 75 steps to the lake - the cove is a perfect area to swim and fish. A canoe and paddleboat are provided for our guest usage and are offered at no charge. Pontoon boat rentals are available through a local marina. Our guests can bring their own watercraft and dock it on our private dock. A public boat ramp is located close to the home for launching your watercraft. There are no watercraft restrictions on the lake. The home is located in Nantahala Highlands - a gated community situated on the "sought after" main channel of the lake. Nantahala Lake is a peaceful, quiet retreat from the business of everyday life. The lake is surrounded by the Nantahala forests tucked in the Great Smokey Mountains.
