**Area Activities**

We are located close to whitewater rafting on the Nantahala River, tubing, the Cherokee Indian Reserve and the Great Smoky Mountain State Park. Go for a swim, explore nearby waterfalls, hike Wayah Bold Mountain, fish at the local trout farm or just relax and watch the wildlife. You can choose to relax or take advantage of the areas activities.

Holidays/Peak............$1800-$2400 / week

Until Confirmed, Prices are subject to change without notice.
There is a $125 cleaning fee in addition to the rental fee.
There is a 3 night minimum - contact for daily rates.
There is a 60 day cancellation policy - less $50 processing fee.
Security deposit of $500 and a signed reservation application
are needed to confirm your reservation.

This is a "No Smoking" house.

Sorry, absolutely NO pets are permitted.

No weddings, receptions or motorhomes.

Maximum occupancy is 12 people.

Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.
